NFORMATION
After all checks are made, make sure the water and brine circuits are filled properly again and fluid pressures are in line
with regulations (± 2 bar).
4.1.1. General maintenance
1.
Optimal operation conditions
Differential between suction temperature
and discharge temperature
DB
WB
2.
Correlation of air-conditioner's operation status, pressure and running current
COOLING
Dirty air filter
Short circuit of air inlet/outlet
Air mixed in refrigerant
Water mixed in refrigerant
Dirt mixed in refrigerant
Refrigerant shortage (gas)
Unsatisfactory compression
* Water in the refrigerant freezes inside the electronic expansion valve and is basically the same phenomenon as pump down.
** Dirt in the refrigerant clogs filters inside the piping and is basically the same phenomenon as pump down.
*** Pressure differential between high and low pressure becomes low.
