CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Cleaning the 1.0 Gallon or 1.5 Gallon Thermal Dispensers (Daily)
WARNING:
DO NOT immerse thermal dispensers in water or any other liquid. Do not place the ThermoPro
dispenser in a dishwasher. Placing the ThermoPro dispenser in a dishwasher will void the warranty.
To clean, prepare a mild solution of detergent and warm water. Remove the ThermoPro dispenser from the brewer
and rinse.
1
Remove the lid from the dispenser. Clean it with a spiral brush and detergent solution. Rinse and dry.
2
Clean the dispenser. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth to remove spills and debris. Fill the liner with a
mild detergent solution. Take a sponge brush and scrub out the stainless steel liner. Thoroughly rinse with clean,
warm water and dry.
3
Sanitize the interior of the dispenser using a commercial sanitizer suitable for food grade applications. Sanitize
according to the directions on the package.
4
Clean the faucet. Unscrew the handle/bonnet assembly from the top of the faucet and remove it. Inspect the seat
cup for wear. Replace the seat cup if it is damaged. Clean the faucet parts with the detergent solution. To avoid
damage, DO NOT use a brush to clean the faucet or the inside of the dispenser shank (outlet). Rinse, dry
and assemble the handle/bonnet. Hand tighten the handle/bonnet onto the top of the faucet.
5
Clean the sight gauge (some versions). If the sight gauge has a cover, pull it up and off to remove. Remove the
glass tube by unscrewing the cap. Clean the glass tube with a gauge brush soaked with detergent solution.
Rinse and dry. Clean the two washers, rinse and dry. Reassemble and hand tighten the cap.
