Section 4 - Con guration
This page allows you to save the DIR-883's current con guration, load a previously saved
con guration, reset the router to its factory default settings, or reboot the DIR-883.
From the Admin page, click System. To return to the Admin page, click Admin.

This option allows you to save the current router con guration settings

Local Hard Drive:
This option allows you to load a previously saved router con guration
Load Settings
le. This will overwrite the router's current con guration.
From Local Hard

This option allows you to restore all con guration settings back to the

settings that were in e ect at the time the router was shipped from the
Default Settings:
factory. Any settings that have not been saved will be lost, including
any rules that you have created. If you want to save the current router
con guration settings, use the Save Settings To Local Hard Drive
button above.
Auto Reboot Con guration
Click to reboot the router immediately.
Reboot The
Device:
You may set the DIR-883 to automatically reboot at a set time. The options
Auto Reboot:
are Never, Daily, Weekly. You may set the hour using a 24 hour format,
the minute, and the day you wish to have the DIR-883 automatically
reboot.
Click Save when you are done.
