Important data must be regularly (separately) updated by users. Sometimes, it is inevitable to delete data from a
storage media (micro SD card). In this case, all data might be deleted for a service. Thus, back up any important
data before you request a service.

Any product received at the customer center is assumed that a backup had been made. Therefore, we are not
liable for any data lost.

When sending a product through a parcel service, pack it up in a way that prevents damage because of impact,
and leave a memo of your name, contact, address, and description of problem for a quicker response.
