8 MEASUREMENTS AND ADJUSTMENTS

8.1. Adjustment of primary latch
switch, secondary latch switch
and monitor interlock switch.
1. Mount the primary latch switch and the monitor interlock
switch to the interlock mounting bracket assembly as shown
in illustration.
2. Mount the secondary latch switch to secondary switch
holder as shown in illustration.
NOTE:
No specific individual
installation of the Primary latch switch, Secondary
latch switch or monitor interlock switch to the
interlock mounting
secondary switch holder are required.
3. When mounting the interlock mounting bracket assembly to
the oven assembly, adjust the bracket assembly by moving
it in the direction of the arrows in the illustration so that the
oven door will not have any play in it. Make sure that all
latch switches work properly after adjustment is completed.
Completely tighten the screws holding the interlock
mounting bracket assembly to the oven assembly.
4. Reconnect the monitor interlock switch and check the
continuity of the monitor circuit and all latch switches again
by following the component test procedures.

between upper portion of door A and cavity front plate is
2.0~3.3mm, if the door gap is greater than 3.4mm, the
Primary latch switch must be OFF.
If alignment is poor, oven may not operate after bake use.
