• The ESC system will make buzzing or click-
ing sounds when it is active. This is normal;
the sounds will stop when ESC becomes
inactive following the maneuver that
caused the ESC activation.
This telltale indicates that an ESC event is
active.
— Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
OFF Indicator Light — If Equipped
This light indicates the Electronic Stability
Control (ESC) is off.
— Electronic Park Brake Fail Light
This telltale will turn on to indicate the Elec-
tronic Park Brake is not functioning properly
and that service is required. Contact your
authorized dealership.
— Fuel Level Sensor Failure
This light illuminates when there is a fuel
level sensor failure. If this light illuminates,
take it to an authorized dealer and have them
inspect it.
— Fuel Cutoff Indicator Light — If
Equipped
This telltale will illuminate after an accident
has occurred, and the system has shut the
fuel off.
— Forward Collision Indicator Light —
If Equipped
This telltale will turn on warn you of a pos-
sible collision with the vehicle in front of you.
— Forward Collision OFF Warning
(FCW) Light
This warning light indicates the Forward Col-
lision Warning is off.
— Icy Road Condition Indicator Light
— If Equipped
This light will illuminate during an icy road
condition.
— Keyless System Failure
This light illuminates when there is a keyless
system failure. If this light illuminates, take it
to an authorized dealer and have them in-
spect it.
— Low Fuel Warning Light
When the fuel level reaches approximately
1.3 — 1.8 gal (5 — 7 L) this light will turn
on, and remain on until fuel is added.
— LaneSense Indicator Light — If
Equipped
The LaneSense is solid yellow when the sys-
tem senses a lane drift situation.
The LaneSense is flashing yellow when the
system senses the lane has been approached
and is in a lane departure situation.
Refer to "LaneSense — If Equipped" in
"Starting And Operating" for further informa-
tion.
— LaneSense Failure Indicator Light
— If Equipped
This light will turn on when the LaneSense
system is not operating and needs service.

— Loose Fuel Filler Cap Indicator Light
— If Equipped
This light will illuminate when fuel filler cap
is loose. Properly close the filler cap to dis-
