4 Operation

– The MASTER and the ventilation units
(which work synchronously) aerate,
while all other ventilation units ventilate.
Feedback:
– When activating the cross ventilation,
the LED at the MASTER flashes red
twice and then flashes red twice more
after three seconds.
– If the cross ventilation is active, the
LED at the MASTER flashes red once
a minute.

3.5 Functions

3.5.1 Humidity
You can set the limit value for the sensor
monitoring of the relative air humidity to
three levels.
The sensor monitoring is only active while
the automatic and eco operating modes
are active.
The levels that can be selected are:
– Low: 40%
– Medium: 55% (default setting)
– High: 70%
Feedback:
– After selecting the limit value for the
air humidity, the LED at the MASTER
flashes red several times (one flash for
each air humidity level).
Note
When you set the limit value for the
air humidity for the first time, the
current air humidity is measured.
During this measurement, it may
be the case that the ventilation
units switch to ventilation mode.
3.5.2 Ventilation speed
You can set the ventilation speed for
manual mode to various levels.

Applicability: VAZ RC
The ventilation speed can be set to three
levels.
Applicability: VAZ RCW
The ventilation speed can be set to five
levels.
Feedback:
– After selecting the ventilation speed in
manual mode, the LED on the MASTER
flashes white several times (one flash
for each ventilation level).
4 Operation

4.1 Starting up the product

4.1.1 Removing the battery
activation tab

Pull out the battery activation tab.
– The remote control is ready for oper-
ation.

4.2 Selecting the operating mode

Press the button for the operating mode
that you want to select.

4.3 Setting the functions

▶
Press the button for the function level
that you want to set.

The set level is displayed via an LED
display on the remote control.
