Main Key Switch
The main key switch must be in the RUN position to start the engine. See page 75 for starting
procedures.

Start Button

Press the start button to engage the starter. Always release the start button promptly when the
engine starts.
NOTE:
If the starter fails to engage, replace the blown fuse or see your Polaris dealer.

Engine Stop Switch

Move the stop switch either left or right to the OFF
position to stop the engine quickly. The engine will
not start or run when the switch is off.
NOTE:
Both the main switch and the engine stop switch
will shut off all electrical power to the vehicle,
including lights.
