7.6 ConvoGrill - grill model
The grill model includes a built-in grease removal filter
ConvoGrill is the grill model of Convotherm 4 combi steamers for preparing grilled dishes, and inclu‐
des automatic grease removal and a separate grease outlet.

Principle of operation
The appliance detects grease in the drain box and switches on the built-in grease pump to pump
■
the separated grease into the grease collecting canister.
The grease collecting canister can be kept easily and safely beside the appliance.

The grease pump is only switched on when there is any grease in the drain box. This saves ener‐
■
gy while maximizing the separation of grease from the wastewater.
