8. Lift the pogo pin board as shown.

10. Disconnect the top fan cable from the system board, and then remove the top fan from the chassis.
11. Disconnect the pogo pin board cable from the I/O board, and then remove the pogo pin board from
the chassis.
12. Route the new pogo pin board cable and connect it to the I/O board.
13. Route the new top fan cable and connect it to the system board.
14. Install the new top fan.
15. Install the new pogo pin board.
16. Reinstall the card reader. See "Replacing the card reader" on page 35.
17. Reinstall the storage drive board shield and the system board shield. See "Replacing the system board
shield and the storage drive board shield" on page 31.
18. Reinstall the wireless card. See "Replacing the wireless card" on page 30.
19. Reinstall the power button board. See "Replacing the power button board" on page 30.
20. Reinstall the I/O board shield. See "Replacing the I/O board shield" on page 26.
