If the Sime Brava Slim HE 25 has hot water but the heating has stopped working without displaying fault codes, possible causes include:
1. Thermostat Issues – The room thermostat or external sensor might not be set correctly or could be faulty. 2. System Filling Unit – Check if the system pressure is too low, which could prevent heating operation. 3. Diverter Valve Stuck – The diverter valve may be stuck in domestic hot water mode, preventing heating circulation. 4. Pump Blockage – The system pump might be blocked or not functioning correctly. 5. Air in the System – Air trapped in the heating system could prevent circulation; bleeding the radiators and automatic bleed valve may help. 6. Settings Incorrect – The boiler settings might be configured incorrectly, especially if connected to a remote control or external sensor.
Checking these components and ensuring proper system pressure and thermostat settings can help diagnose and resolve the issue.
