Preface This manual provides operating instructions for the RSA3408A Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer Option 27 3GPP Release 5 Downlink (HSDPA) analysis software. About This Manual The manual consists of the following sections: Getting Started describes the overview of the 3GPP Release 5 analysis.
Page 13
Getting Started The RSA3408A Option 27 3GPP Release 5 Downlink (HSDPA) analysis software enables modulation analysis of HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) signals defined in 3GPP (3 Generation Partnership Project) Release 5 (“3GPP-R5”). Measurements may be performed on downlink QPSK and 16QAM or uplink BPSK signals.
Modulation accuracy: Measures EVM (Error Vector Magnitude), amplitude and phase errors, waveform quality, and origin offset for each channel. Measures PCDE (Peak Code Domain Error), amplitude, frequency, and phase errors; waveform quality; and origin offset for each time slot. RSA3408A Option 27 User Manual...
