TIGHTNESS AND CHARGE
a) Check the battery charge. Measure the
open-circuit battery voltage between
the terminals. If the voltage reading is
12.2 volts or less, recharge the battery
on low current of 5 amps or less.
HINT:
Before measuring the voltage, select the
power switch in the "OFF" mode and turn
off all electrical systems. Wait 60 seconds
or more to remove the surface charge.
If the hybrid system was running before
measuring the voltage, wait 20 minutes or
more after the hybrid system stops to
remove the surface charge.
b) Check that the battery terminals are
properly connected and that the clamp
is firmly installed.
BOARD FIT
Inspect the luggage trim and deck board
for proper installation and appearance.
