Remove a Device Owner
The removal of a Device Owner can only be done through the
device – this cannot be done through software.
Caution!
When a Device Owner is removed, the first user to re-setup the My Cloud Home device
will become the new Device Owner.
1.
Press and hold the Reset button for a minimum of 5 seconds.
2. This function will demote the Device Owner to a Device User.
3. This does not delete data and each user still has access to their content.
4. All existing Device Users are notified that ownership has been revoked.
5. All existing Device Users and any new user now has the option to take
ownership of the device by going through the
