The light will be solid orange during Power LED boot up. A solid green light indicates a connection on the Internet port.     Wi-Fi app, you must download this app before beginning the installation process. To get the D-Link Wi-Fi app, browse the App Store for Apple devices or the Google Play store and search for D-Link Wi-Fi. You can also scan the QR code below, which will take you to the respective D-Link Wi-Fi app store page directly.

    Section 2 - Installation 4. If you are configuring the COVR-2600R wirelessly from a PC, connect to the Wi-Fi network printed on the included Wi-Fi Configuration Card. You can also find the Wi-Fi network name and password printed on the label attached to the bottom of your router.

    • D-Link Wi-Fi App - Use your Android device, iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to configure your router. Refer to D-Link Wi-Fi App on page 17. • D-Link Setup Wizard - This wizard will launch when you log into the router's web-based user interface for the first time.     Note: The screenshots may be different depending on your mobile device’s OS version. The following steps show the iOS interface of the D-Link Wi-Fi app. If you are using an Android device, the appearance may be different from that of the screenshots, but the process is the same.

    The default network name (SSID) and password can be found on the included Wi-Fi Configuration Card and on the sticker on the base of the router, and will look something like dlink-XXXX. Once connected, return to the D-Link Wi-Fi app and tap NEXT.

    Section 3 - Configuration Configuration - COVR-2600R To access the configuration utility, open a web-browser such as Internet Explorer and enter http://covr.local./ or you may also connect by typing the IP address of the router (by default this is http://192.168.0.1) in the address bar.

    Section 3 - Configuration COVR-2600R Click on the COVR-2600R icon to view details about the router and its wireless settings. Here you can see the router’s current Wi-Fi network name and password, as well as the router's MAC address, IPv4 address, and IPv6 address.

    Extenders Click on the Extenders icon to view details about all COVR-1300E extenders connected to the COVR-2600R router.
