Updating 911 Address
Within the Control Panel:
• Click on the Devices tab
• Locate the ATA in question and click on the link
• Click on the '911 Address' tab on the left side
• Update the address as appropriate
• Read the 911 Policy and Limitations
• Check the box that you read and understand the 911 Policy and
Limitations
• Click 'Save changes'

Viewing Call History

Within the Control Panel:
• Click on the Devices tab
• Locate the ATA in question and click on the link
• Click on the 'Call history' tab on the left side
• Select the date range you wish to view
