  • Page 5 MINIMUM SERVICE SCHEDULES DAILY CHECK THE FOLLOWING Oil level top up as required. Fuel tank top up as required. All hose unions for leaks replace O rings if leaking. Hose condi on cuts etc. EVERY 500 HOURS OR SIX MONTHS (WHICHEVER COMES FIRST) Drain and replace pump oil.
  • Page 6 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ENGINE DRIVEN SAFETY Water at high pressure is dangerous and can cause serious injury. This machine is to be used with great cau on. Petrol is extremely ßammable and explosive under certain condi ons. EXHAUST FUMES CONTAIN CARBON MONOXIDE – Inhala on of such fumes can KILL. Diesel is ßammable and harmful if swallowed.
  • Page 7 Always ensure that there is a suitable type Þre ex nguisher available and is within easy access. DO NOT leave an engine running una ended, ALWAYS STOP it before leaving the area. NEVER point the high pressure spray jet at any person, animal, glass or other Material which may sha er.
  • Page 8 PREPARATION Water Supply: Ensure there is an adequate water supply either from the mains or a reservoir. A ach water supply hoses to suitable tap or immerse the suc on hose with approved suc on Þlter into the reservoir. NOTE: ONLY CLEAN WATER SHOULD BE USED. THE PUMP MAY BE DAMAGED IF DIRTY OR CONTAMINATED WATER IS ALLOWED TO PASS THROUGH THE PUMP.

    PREPARATION TORNADO STORM 1 Water Supply: Ensure there is an adequate water supply either from the mains or a reservoir. A ach water supply hoses to suitable tap or immerse end of hose into reservoir NOTE: ONLY CLEAN FILTERED WATER SHOULD BE USED Hoses: Attach the high pressure hose to the pump connection.
  • Page 11 OPERATING HINTS TORNADO STORM 1 During very cold weather it is most important to protect the machine against freezing. DO NOT operate machine should it become frozen. Move it to a warm area and allow to thaw naturally. Check all hoses and couplings for leaks, tighten where necessary.
