5 Close the media cover until it latches.
6 Slide the media cover release button to the locked (right)
position.

Understanding the Control Panel

The PB42 control panel contains two buttons and three lights.
Feed button
Button or LED Function
Radio button Turns the radio on and off.
Blinks fast green when the radio is receiving
data.
Blinks slow green when the radio is on.
Battery lights Indicates whether the battery is charging
(red), low (red blinking), or fully charged
(green).
Ready-to-Work™ Indicates a connection to the host if on
indicator
solid blue. If the blue light blinks, the
printer is open or there is a hardware error.
Feed button Press to advance media. Press and hold to
advance media at 2 inches per second (ips).
