How to operate the Sound Adjustment Mode

About Sound Adjustment Mode
The system has several features that allow you to adjust the acoustic characteristics inside the cabin.
Item
The 7-band parametric equalizer can be adjusted.
Parametric EQ
With the optional microphone, the frequency characteristics inside the cabin can be
automatically measured, and the equalizer mode can be automatically adjusted.
The delay time and level for the sound from each speaker can be adjusted in order to
correct any phase mismatches in the sound resulting from the listening position.
Time Alignment
With the optional microphone, the time taken for sound inside the cabin to be received can
be automatically measured, and time alignment can be automatically adjusted.
Position selector
A preset speaker level for each seat, and the balance can be selected.
Cross over
Specifi ed frequency bands are allocated to each speaker for improved sound integration.
Non-fader setting
The sub-woofer settings can be performed.
When original sounds are converted to a MP3/WMA format, frequency ranges that are not
normally audible to the human ear are compressed. The harmonizer can be used to play

back these compressed sounds at as close to their original form or format as possible so
that clear and powerful sound can be enjoyed.

Switching the sound adjustment mode

Press the [
/MENU] button for more than one second.
The Menu selection mode is activated.

Press the [▲] button or the [▼] button to select SOUND.
Press the [ENTER] button.

The sound selection mode is activated.

Press the [▲] button or the [▼] button to select a setting item.
Each time the button is pressed, the setting item changes.
