Any other use shall be considered improper. The manufacturer cannot be
held liable for damage or injuries resulting from this. The operator bears the
sole risk for this.
Proper use also includes compliance with the manufacturer's instructions and
its operating and maintenance conditions. The device may only be operated,
maintained and repaired by persons familiar with these tasks and who have
been informed of the dangers involved.
Usage (exclusively) as a beauty device
The device provides cosmetic stimulation of the skin by means of red light
(photo-bio-stimulation). More detailed information can be found on page 32.
Some people are not permitted to use the device, see page 9.
Use as a beauty device with a UV element (with and without sensor)
Some people are not permitted to use the device, see page 10.
Sensor
When using a tanning device the sensor provides an analysis of the current
light sensitivity and base tan of the user's skin.
The sensor may only be used on human skin.
Two measurements are required for each tanning session. Measurements are
carried out on the forehead and on the lightest section of skin to be tanned,
e.g. on the inside of your upper arm.

Foreseeable misuse

The following uses of the device are explicitly prohibited:
Multiple people may not use the device at the same time. The acrylic

glass panel may otherwise break and cause injuries.
People with a body weight of more than 135 kg may not use the device.


No other people are permitted in the vicinity of the cabin when using the

device, this especially applies to children.
People under 18 years of age may not use the device.

Usage (exclusively) as a beauty device
Extending the specified application times cannot place excessive de-

mands on the skin due to the emitted light. However we recommend a
48 hour break after a 20 minute treatment.
Use as a beauty device with a UV element (with and without sensor)
Exceeding the specified tanning times may result in burns and long-term

skin damage.
Sensor
The following uses of the sensor are explicitly prohibited:
Two measurements on the same area of skin.

Measurements on unsuitable areas of skin, see page 11.

People with a skin type unsuitable for tanning may not use the sensor.
