I recently purchased another shield. My collars work beautifully with the old (800 series) shield but they do not seem to transmit with the new (800 series) shield. I have tried everything!
The collars do not transmit with the new INVISIBLE FENCE 800 series shield because they are not compatible with the 800 series.
