When you turn on your BD-P, it will display "Hello" message continuously on front
panel, and it will not boot-up normally.
1-5. IC301 ~ IC304
1-5-1. Solution
Replace IC301 ~ IC304 on main board.
1-5-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Please check 0.9V of DDR2_0_VREF.(between R202 and R203).
Please check 0.9V of DDR2_1_VREF.(between R200 and R201).
Please check 1.8V of C784.
2) If it doesn't work even only one and IC706,IC704 are no problem,
IC301,302,303,304(DDR memory) must be changed.
3) After changing it, if the set is still not booting,
check MAIN PCB.
