Remote Flash Photography

The following types of wireless flash control (Advanced Wireless
Lighting, or AWL) can be used with one or more remote flash
units:
• Optical AWL via the built-in flash (0 190)
• Optical AWL via a shoe-mounted flash unit (0 190,
193)
• Radio AWL using settings chosen with the SB-5000
(0 194)
• Radio AWL combined with optical AWL via the
camera's built-in flash (0 198)
• Radio AWL (0 199)
