A heat loading unit shown on the page 5 is designed to prevent this happening. If despite the heat loading unit being installed, the boiler still condensates, then check the functioning of the return thermostat and change to the correct one if needed. We recommend a 60 - 80°C return temperature for the YPV 40 boiler. - Page 8 Heavy construction and high grade steel gives higher thermal mass and extended service life. In addition of logs, the YPV 40 can burn large wood pellets, briquettes, heat logs and even coal. If using coal, the boiler needs more regular cleaning as the the coal deposits can block the aitr flow through the cast iron burning grate.
