Brief Instructions

1. Plug the appliance into a suitable socket.
2. Slide the temperature control to the highest level.
3. Preheat the appliance. The aluminium grill requires less time to preheat; the granite slab should be preheated
longer.
4. The Raclette8 is ready to use.
Tip: Brush some oil on the grill when preparing meat or vegetable without a marinade.
