4.1.3.1 Pan/Tilt/Zoom Displacement With Respect To Screen

It is possible to make a relative displacement of the pan, tilt, and zoom by using the relative
parameter.
When making a relative displacement for the pan or tilt, the distance is normalized with its
zoom position.

Pan/Tilt position
The value "aa" stands for the controlled item and direction such as "Pan position to the right"
or "Zoom position to WIDE". It is possible to set the value "aa" as described in the figure and
explanation below.
