Allowing background data to sync automatically
1. Tap Settings > Accounts & sync.
2. Tap Auto-sync if you want to sync data automatically.

Setting privacy information
1. Tap Settings > Privacy.
2. Tap Use My Location if you allow Google's search results and
other services to use my location.
Backing up settings
1. Tap Settings > Privacy.
2 Tap Back up my settings if you want to back up your settings.
Resetting the phone
1. Tap Settings > Privacy.
2. Tap Factory data reset if you want to erase all the data of the
phone.
3. Tap Reset phone.
SD card & phone storage
Viewing the status of storage
1. Tap Settings > SD card & phone storage. You can view the total
space and available space for the SD card.
2. Tap Unmount SD card if you want to unmount the SD card from
your phone safely.
Note You should unmount the SD card from the phone and install on the
phone after you tap Unmount SD card.
Search
Receiving suggestions from Google
1. Tap Settings > Search > Google search settings.
2. Tap Show web suggestions if you allow suggestions from Google
to be displayed.
3. Tap Search history if you allow search history to be displayed.
Note You should have a Google account to show the search history.

Setting quick search box
1. Tap Settings > Search > Google search settings.
2. Tap Searchable items.
3. Select an item or items that will be included for search.
4. Tap Clear search shortcuts if you want to clear shortcuts to
recently chosen search results.
Language & keyboard
Setting the language option
1. Tap Settings > Language & keyboard > Select locale.
2. Tap a language to use for the device.
3. Press the home key to finish setting the option.
