3.1 Turn on Procedure
Supply primary power to the unit. Enable the internal battery if applicable.

Function
This indicator is steadily ON in the presence of primary DC or AC
power, if your unit has an optional battery, this indicator will blink
while being powered by the battery (discharge mode).
Indicates data input to Pin 2 of the RS232 connector.
Indicates data output from Pin 3 of the RS232 connector.
Indicates a true RTS input to Pin 4 of the RS232 connector when
on.
Indicates a true CTS output from Pin 5 of the RS232 connector,
when on.
Indicates data input to Pin 1 of the Expansion Port.
Indicates data output from Pin 2 of the Expansion Port
Indicates data being transmitted via optical TX1/RX1.
Indicates data being received by optical port TX1/RX1.
Indicates data being transmitted via the TX2 optical port.
Indicate data being received by the RX2 optical port.
When on, indicates that the TX1/RX1 optical input port is currently
selected by the Priority Select circuitry.
When on, indicates that the RX2 optical input port is currently
selected by the Priority Select circuitry.
When on, indicates an anti-streaming timeout, either optical or
electrical.
When this light is on, the battery charger is operating at or near
its 150 mA maximum current. This will occur when a battery is
being freshly charged or after a power outage when the battery
needs to be recharged.
