Operating Turning the unit on NOTICE! Fire hazard Do not operate the machine unattended. Connect the device to the power grid and turn it on with the main switch. After switching on, the unit first carries out a short self-test of about 25 seconds. The display shows ‘UP’ . After a short warm-up time of about 35 seconds in total, the unit is in Standby mode and operational.

Operating Operating mode ‘DMX’ Press [MENU] repeatedly until the [DMX] LED lights up. The display shows the current DMX address. Use the [UP] and [DOWN] buttons to select the desired DMX address in a range from 1 to 511. Press [ENTER] to save the value. During operation, the display shows the set DMX address.

Use the [UP] and [DOWN] buttons to set the desired haze amount between ‘1’ (minimum haze blast) and ‘100’ (maximum haze blast). Press [ENTER] to confirm. Press [HAZE ON/OFF] to stop the haze output.

Possible damages caused by unsuitable cleaning agents Cleaners not approved by the manufacturer may permanently damage the unit. Only use the fog machine cleaners listed on www.thomann.de and follow their instructions for use. Clean the appliance after every 30 operating hours, or if it was not in use for a longer period of time.

Cleaning As soon as the required operating temperature is reached, the display shows ‘rEAD’ . The device is now operational. Switch to [VOLUME] mode and increase the haze output with the [UP] button to max‐ imum. Let the device produce haze for about 20 seconds. Insert the suction hose of the haze machine back into the hazer fluid container and let the device again produce haze for about 20 seconds.
Protecting the environment Protecting the environment Disposal of the packaging mate‐ rial For the transport and protective packaging, environmentally friendly materials have been chosen that can be supplied to normal recycling. Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of. Do not just dispose of these materials with your normal household waste, but make sure that they are collected for recycling.
