USING CHROMECAST BUIlT-IN
Why doesn't the Big Blue 200 automatically show as a device in the Google Home
app?
It may take several minutes for the Big Blue 200 to appear as a device in the
Google Home app.
Ensure the Big Blue 200 is in range of your Wi-Fi network.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. During set up, the Google Home
app needs to access your device using Bluetooth.
Restart Big Blue 200 by powering off and then on.
Reset Big Blue 200 Wi-Fi settings (please refer to page 21 for Wi-Fi settings reset
instructions).
Why won't audio play through the speaker in Wi-Fi mode?
Ensure the Big Blue 200 has been selected from the Cast menu in the
Chromecast-enabled app.
Ensure the Big Blue 200 is in range of your Wi-Fi network.
Restart Big Blue 200 by powering off and then on.
Check Big Blue 200 or your device's volume level.
