CASSEROLE RECIPES
Hearty Beef Vegetable Stew
Cooking Time: About 70-80

21/1 cups (510 mL) water
Place all ingredients

1/2 CUp (125 mL) sliced fresh mushrooms
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tomato,
peeled and diced

Arrange fish fillets so that thick portions are
toward the outer edges of 2 Iitre
microwave-safe
casserole. Dot with butter.
Combine wine and lemon juice, and pour over
fish. Sprinkle with mushrooms,

Cover with casserole lid.
Place in oven. Cook on
FISH FILLET.
Remove from oven and let stand covered,

Combine all ingredients in 2 Iitre
1 small onion, minced
