MENU MATCH allows you to
prepare packaged foods
perfectly with no guess work.
Follow the chart at the right, and
simply press the MENU MATCH
key for a number of times to
enter the manufacturer's
recommended
power setting
and the cook/defrost time. Then,
press START. The oven wi II
automatically
adjust the
time/power
level to compensate
for the high wattage of this
microwave
oven.
For a range of time (such as
5-7
minutes), use 6 minutes.
If the instructions do not
specify a power level, use
HIGH.
Closely watch the
cooking/defrosting
progress
when preparing an item for
the first time.
When MED-HIGH
power is
called for, use MEDIUM
level
and add a little time to the
suggested cooking time on
the package.
Two stages of food
preparation can be
programmed
at one time.
Repeat steps 1-2,
and then
press START.
The OPTION key allows you to
customize your new oven with a
variety of helpful features. These
feature include:
turning
the
word prompt
display onloff
reset the Billboard menu to
alphabetical order
turning the clock display on/off
.
turning the beep sound onloff
.
selecting the Language type
you wish to display in the word
prompt.
Press the OPTION key until the
desired feature appears.
Following the word display
instructions, then press 1, 2 or 3
to customize your oven.
The oven is initially set with
word prompt display in English,
clock display and beep sound on.
