CASSEROLE RECIPES
Ham and Potato Scallop
Cooking Time: About 20-30
minutes
1 cup (250 mL) white sauce, seasoned
as desired
3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly
sliced (about 450 g)
140 g diced
cooked ham
1 tsp. (5 mL) instant minced onion
1/4 CUp (30 g) shredded
cheddar
cheese

Add ham and onion.
Pour white
sauce
over ham and potatoes
mixture,
stir to combine.

casserole. Cook on P-1OO, 2 to 4 minutes.
Stir to break up beef. Drain.
Add remaining
ingredients except cheese to
beef. Blend
well.
Cover
with casserole
