2.6: OPERATIVE FEATURES

2.6.1: Operative voltage:
Voltage values assuring the correct operation of the appliance are the following ones listed below:
Minimum Voltage:
160 Volt 50 Hz
Maximum Voltage:
250 Volt 50 Hz
2.6.2: Operative Features of the Booster:
After having selected the inductor and the cooking power, it is possible to set off the Booster. The inductor
will work at the maximum power for 4 minutes, then the cooking setting will be the one set by the user. It
is possible to energize the inductor and set off the Booster, pressing the Booster button corresponding to
the inductor chosen by the user; in this case, the electronics, according to the Firmware specifi cations, will
energize the inductor at a medium operative power. As the maximum power managed by the power board can
not be higher than 3600 Watt, the Booster operates by carrying out the following operative modifi cations:
Max Power
2200 Watt
1400 Watt
What happens if 2 boosters are activated on the same power board?
When two boosters are active, both hotplates reach the maximum power level (that is, 16 or 9,
according to the hob interface).
If the action of the fi rst booster ends before the second one (because they have been activated in
two different moments or the user has stopped it before 4 minutes elapse), the fi rst hotplate goes
back to the initial setting chosen by the user, the second hotplate passes to the REAL booster
value.
2.6.3: Cooking Levels VS Absorbed Power:
According to the models, the appliances which belong to this platform have three different types of
cooking setting. Below, each cooking setting level is correlated to the absorption value, expressed in
Watt.
