Mounting the MA & CONTACT Terminal Interface Unit When mounting the interface to the back-side dent of MFZ-KA model, be sure to apply insulation material to prevent condensa- tion from forming. The Interface unit should be placed in a location where the connecting cable from the interface can reach an indoor unit. The device will not function properly if the connecting cable is extended so the connecting cable should not be extended.
