Measure U701 PIN2=3.3V
U702 PIN2=1.8V
OK
Measure X201 oscillate
waveforms are normal
OK
Replace U202
NG Reinsert or check the
Adapter/Inverter section
NG
Check CN401 or replace
U701, U702
NG
Replace X201
