Pilot light and fire keep going out

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
March 4, 2025

The pilot light and fire on the Lennox ED4540CNM-2 may keep going out due to a defective pilot generator (thermocouple). The pilot flame must impinge on the thermocouple properly. To fix this, check the pilot flame, clean and/or adjust it for maximum contact with the thermocouple, and ensure the connection between the valve and thermocouple is tight and secure.
