QUICK START Okay, you’re in a hurry. Well this section’s just for you. It explains enough of the HC6S’s workings to keep you out of trouble. It al- lows operation without reading the whole manual. Please read at least this section to ensure reasonable operation of the unit.
1 Front panel PHONES Output jacks are in parallel with the rear panel stereo OUT jacks. Use them to monitor any of the six channels for level or mix adjustments, or for easy access when the HC6S is rack mounted. Plugging into these front jacks does not disengage the rear Outputs.

FACTORY SERVICE If you wish your Rane product to be serviced at the factory, it must be shipped fully insured, in the original packing box or equivalent. This warranty will not cover repairs on products damaged through improper packaging. If possible, avoid sending products through the mail.
