- Page 13 With the help of another person, position the top (E) as shown. Position the component from step 8 onto the top (E) as shown and turn the cam locks (2) into the front and back panels (C&D) to lock in place.

Be sure the connector bolts (4) in the left panel (A) engage the connectors (5) in the left bottom (F). Turn the cam locks clockwise the lock the left and right panels (A&B) and turn the screw in the center of the connector (5) to lock the connector.
