Advanced Menu

The Advanced menu contains the I/O (Input/Output) configuration settings, as well as the Power Management settings
that help save power.
Internal Pointing Device enables or disables the built-in touchpad. A check mark indicates enabled while underline (_)
indicates disabled. Default setting is enabled.
Shared Video Memory sets the shared memory size of the video controller. The options are 4M, 8M, 16M, and 32M. The
default setting is 8M.
Battery Low Warning Beep sets if the system will beep to warn you against a low battery situation. A check mark indicates
enabled while underline (_) indicates disabled. Default setting is enabled.
LAN Boot enables or disables system from booting from the LAN server first. A check mark indicates enabled while underline
(_) indicates disabled. Default setting is disabled.
Wake on LAN/Ring enables or disables system wake-up from Standby mode when activity is detected on the LAN or modem.
A check mark indicates enabled while underline (_) indicates disabled. Default setting is disabled.

Security Menu

The Security menu contains the security settings, which safeguard your system against unauthorized use.
Set Password allows you to set the password for your system. When typing the password, first make sure that Num Lock
is off, then type your password in the entry fields and press Enter. Confirm your password by typing it again and pressing Enter.
If the Password on Boot sub-item is enabled, the set password is always required to boot the computer.
