Basic Vegetable Soup

Place all vegetables into the Removable Vessel (7), add stock up to desired level for the recipe and stir with a wooden spoon.

Add a pinch of mixed herbs, select Smooth Function (13), desired portion size and press the Start/Stop Button (23).

When ready check the seasoning and serve.
Simple Tomato and Basil Soup

Fit the Lid (4), select Smooth Function (13), desired number of portions and press Start/Stop Button (23).

When ready, add salt and freshly milled black pepper to taste.
