To delete confidential documents

All confidential documents saved on the hard disk can be deleted together.

In the Administrator Setting screen, touch [0 Security Setting].

In the Security Setting screen, touch [5 HDD Setting].

In the HDD Setting screen, touch [3 Delete Secure Print Documents].
A confirmation message appears, asking whether or not to delete the
confidential documents.

To delete the confidential documents, touch [Yes].
The confidential documents are deleted.
Note
To return to the HDD Setting screen without deleting the confidential
documents, touch [No].
