4.2.2 How to configure LACP on the switch?
Overview
Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) is part of an IEEE specification (802.3ad)
that allows you to bundle several physical ports together to form a single logical
channel. LACP allows a switch to load sharing & can detect failure even if not
directly connect, or remove the link from the group
Figure 1, Difference between static Trunk & LACP.
1. Check Active Box to run LACP then choose & check the Group ID that been
configured. LACP Timeout is the time interval between the individual port
exchanges of LACP packets in order to check that the peer port in the trunk
group is still up. Please use the HELP button for more information.
