Troubleshooting Tips
Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the power outlet.
Verify that the power switch on the rear panel is in the ON position.
Press the Power button on the MondoCenter.
Verify that the MondoCenter is powered on and emitting audio.
Verify that the audio cables are securely connected between the display device and the
MondoCenter.
Verify that the sound has not been muted in the MondoCenter.
Verify that the audio cables are securely connected between the display device and the
MondoCenter.
Try a known good audio cable.
Attach a different speaker to the MondoCenter to detemine if the problem is the MondoCenter or
the monitor.
Verify the dongle is properly connected to the MondoCenter.
Press the Connect button on the bottom of the keyboard.
Replace the keyboard batteries, making sure the orientation of the batteries is correct.
Verify the dongle is properly connected to the MondoCenter.
Verify the button on the bottom of the remote is turned to ON.
Replace the mouse batteries, making sure the orientation of the batteries is correct.
