1. Sicherheitshinweise • Bevor Sie das System anschließen und in Betrieb nehmen, lesen Sie zuerst diese Sicherheitshinweise und die Betriebsanleitung. • Bewahren Sie die Betriebsanleitung sorgfältig zur späteren Verwendung auf. • Die Kameras gegen Eindringen von Wasser und Feuchtigkeit schützen, Wasser kann die Geräte dauerhaft schädigen. Sollte dennoch Feuchtigkeit eingedrungen sein, die Kameras nie unter diesen Bedingungen einschalten, sondern zur Überprüfung an eine autorisierte Fachwerkstatt geben. • Das System darf nie außerhalb der technischen Daten benutzt werden, das kann die Kamera zerstören. • Die Kamera nur in einem Temperaturbereich von -0°C bis +50°C und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit bis max. 90% betreiben. • Um das System von der Versorgungsspannung zu trennen, ziehen Sie das Kabel nur am Stecker heraus. Ziehen Sie nie direkt am Kabel. • Verlegen Sie die Verbindungskabel sorgfältig und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Kabel nicht mechanisch beansprucht, geknickt oder beschädigt werden und keine Feuchtigkeit eindringen kann. • Versuchen Sie nicht, das Kameramodul aus dem Dome auszubauen. • Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Servicepersonal geöffnet werden. Fremdeingriffe beenden jeden Garantieanspruch. • Die Kamera darf nie mit geöffneter Blende gegen die Sonne gerichtet werden (Zerstörung des Sensors). • Montage, Wartung und Reparaturen dürfen nur von autorisiertem Fach- personal ausgeführt werden. Vor Öffnen des Gehäuses ist eine Netztrennung erforderlich. • Der Errichter ist für die Aufrechterhaltung der Schutzart lt. Techn. Daten verantwortlich, z.B. durch Abdichtung des Kabelaustritts mit Silikon. • Es müssen alle zur Montage vorgesehenen Öffnungen im Gehäuse geschlossen, bzw. abgedichtet werden. -

3. Installationsanweisungen • Stellen Sie sicher, dass während der Installation die Versorgungsspannung abgeschaltet ist. • Die Dome-Kamera muss auf einer glatten Fläche, die frei von Vibration ist, installiert werden. • Setzen Sie die Kuppel keiner extremen mechanischen Belastung aus. 3.1 Dome-Kamera ohne Wandmontagewinkel VKCD-1320SM/VF VKCD-1319SM/3.6 Kuppelabdeckung Abnehmen, dazu gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Kuppelabschirmung Aus der Basiseinheit herausziehen. (nur VKCD-1319SM/3.6) Befestigungslöcher Basiseinheit an Wand oder Decke mit geeig- netem Befestigungsmaterial durch die Löcher 5 befestigen. Zur Schwenkeinstellung (nur VKCD- Drehplatte 1319SM/3.6) gewünschte Position der Kamera durch Drehen der Platte 7 einstellen. Neigewinkel- Zur Einstellung des Neigewinkels Schrauben 6 Arretierschrauben lösen. (nur VKCD-1319SM/3.6) Kamerahalterung Gewünschten Winkel durch Halterung 3 einstellen. -

3.2 Dome-Kamera VKCD-1319SM/3.6 mit Wandmontage- winkel (optional erhältlich) Abmessungen (in mm) 46.0 Dome-Unterseite Wandhalterung Wandbefestigungs- An der Wand zwei Schrauben, entsprechend löcher des Montageuntergrundes (z.B. 3,5 x 0mm) im Abstand der Löcher B anbringen. Kuppelabdeckung Abnehmen, dazu gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Kuppelabschirmung Aus der Basiseinheit herausziehen. Kabeldurchführung Kamera- und Netzkabel durch C führen. 3-7 Basiseinheit Basiseinheit mit 3,5 ∅ x mm-Schrauben auf den Wandmontagewinkel A montieren. D/E Abdeckung Abdeckung D mit zwei 3,0 ∅ x 8mm-Schrau- ben (Löcher E) auf dem Wandmontagewinkel A montieren. Wandmontagewinkel Wandmontagewinkel A mit Basiseinheit 3-7 in die an der Wand befindlichen Schrauben mittels B einsetzen. Drehplatte Zur Schwenkeinstellung gewünschte Position der Kamera durch Drehen der Platte 7 einstellen. -

4. Anlegen der Versorgungsspannung Um eine Beschädigung der Kamera durch Überspannung zu verhindern, muss der Anschluss des Gleichspannungssteckers vor dem Anschluss des Netz- gerätes vorgenommen werden. Bei der Montage des DC-Steckers Polarität beachten: 5. Fokussieren des Objektivs und Einstellen des Bild- ausschnitts Die Kamera ist werkseitig optimal eingestellt. Falls eine Neueinstellung des Objektivfokusses notwendig geworden ist, z.B. durch Wechsel des Objektivs, bitte wie folgt vorgehen: Kamera Kamerahalterung 3 von der Basiseinheit 3-7 abnehmen und Kamera von der Halterung lösen. Fokus-Arretierschraube An der Objektivhalterung der Kamera lösen. Objektiv Objektiv herausschrauben und gegen neuen Einsatz tauschen. Versorgungsspannung anlegen und scharf stellen. Fokus-Arretierschraube An der Objektivhalterung der Kamera anziehen. Zusammenbau Versorgungsspannung wieder ausschalten und Kamera in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammen- bauen. Hinweis: VKCD-30SM/VF: Am Objektiv mit Zoom und Fokusring scharf- und den Bildausschnitt ein- stellen (im Bereich ,8-0mm, Variofocalobjektiv). -

1. Safety Instructions • Read these safety instructions and the operation manual first before you install and commission the camera. • Keep the manual in a safe place for later reference. • Protect your camera from contamination with water and humidity to prevent it from permanent damage. Never switch the camera on when it gets wet. Have it checked at an authorized service center in this case. • Never operate the camera outside of the specifications as this may prevent the camera functioning. • Do not operate the cameras beyond their specified temperature, humidity or power ratings. • Operate the camera only at a temperature range of -0°C to +50°C and at a humidity of max. 90%. • To disconnect the power cord of the unit, pull it out by the plug. Never pull the cord itself. • Pay attention when laying the connection cable and observe that the cable is not subject to heavy loads, kinks, or damage and no moisture can get in. • Do not attempt to disassemble the camera board from the dome. • The warranty becomes void if repairs are undertaken by unauthorized persons. Do not open the camera housing. • Never point the camera towards the sun with the aperture open. This can destroy the sensor. • Installation, maintenance and repair have to be carried out only by authorized service centers. Before opening the cover disconnect the unit from mains input. -

Installation instructions • Make sure the power is removed before the installation. • Dome camera should be put on a balanced non vibrative area. • Do not apply the excessive force to the dome. 3.1 Dome Camera without the Wall Mount Bracket VKCD-1320SM/VF VKCD-1319SM/3.6 Dome Housing Turn it counter-clockwise to remove it. Shield dome Grip and pull up to separate it from the base assembly. (VKCD-1319SM/3.6 only) Mounting screw Mount the the base assembly on the wall or holes the ceiling with suitable attachements through the holes 5. Rotating plate To set the pan angle (VKCD-1319SM/3.6 only) rotate plate 7. Tilt retainer screws To set the tilt angle, loosen the screws 6. 4. Power Connection Connect DC plug to DC jack first and then plug the AC adapter to the AC outlets to avoid the damage from the surge voltage charged when no load. Take care of polarity ! 5. Focus Adjustment and Image Adjustment In normal case of use, it is not necessary to readjust the lens focus because it is preset before shipping in case of a lens replacement. To readjust the lens focus, follow the steps below: Camera Separate the camera bracket 3 from the base assembly 3-7 and disassemble it from the camera bracket. Focus fix screws Loosen the focus fix screw on the lens holder of the camera. Lens Screw out the lens insert and replace it. Carefully apply the power to the camera and adjust the lens focus. Focus fix screws Tighten the focus fix screw. Reassembling Remove the power and reassemble the camera in reverse order. Note: VKCD-30SM/VF: Adjust sharpness and image (.8-0mm, varifocal lens) at lens and focus ring. -
