Before connecting the AC adaptor plug, ensure that the input voltage (AC outlet) matches the voltage rating of the device and that the AC outlet is protected by a residual current circuit breaker.   • Page 14 Controls and functions 1 [LEVEL L] Volume control for the left channel. 2 [CHANGE | FORWARD | REVERSE] When switch in CHANGE position: Recorded loop material is output in the other channel as it was recorded. When switch in FORWARD position: Recorded loop material is output forwards in the same channel as it was recorded.

[FX]: When switch in STOP position: The right foot switch [FX] stops loop recording and playback. When switch in FX position: The right foot switch [FX] turns the function to adjust the playback speed as well as - if activated - the loop playback backwards on and off.
  • Page 16 Controls and functions 9 [RIGHT IN] Input socket right channel: Use a shielded instrument cable with a 1/4" jack to connect the instrument whose signals are to be processed in the right channel. 10 [FX] If the [STOP | FX] switch is in the STOP position, pressing this switch quickly stops the recording or playback. Press and hold the switch for 2 seconds to irretrievably erase previous recordings.

Then press the left foot switch [LOOPER] to start playback. The LED lights up green during playback. During playback, press the left foot switch [LOOPER] to start recording. The recording cannot start, if the [CHANGE | FORWARD | REVERSE] switch is in the [REVERSE] position.

    Operating Operating Using the mains adapter Connect the device to the power supply via a suitable mains adapter (not supplied), which provides 9 V with the negative pole via the centre contact. The device is instantly opera‐ tional. Disconnect the unit from the power supply to switch it off. The recorded loop remains stored in the device after switching it off.
  • Page 19 Operating The [LOOPER] LED flashes green, the device is ready to play. Press the foot switch [LOOPER] to start playback. The [LOOPER] LED lights up green then. If there is not yet any loop material in the memory, press the foot switch [LOOPER] again to start recording. The [LOOPER] LED lights up red then.
  • Page 20 Operating The undo / redo function is still available after disconnection from the power supply. Playback / Effects If the [LOOPER] LED flashes green press the [LOOPER] foot switch to start playback. To change the channels when playing the loop material, set the [CHANGE | FORWARD | REVERSE] switch in the [CHANGE] position.
  • Page 21 Operating USB transfer To copy the loop material to a computer, connect the USB port of the active device to the com‐ puter using the included USB cable. The necessary driver is installed automatically. If a mes‐ sage appears on the screen to update the software, we recommend that you perform the update.

    Protecting the environment Protecting the environment Disposal of the packaging mate‐ rial For the transport and protective packaging, environmentally friendly materials have been chosen that can be supplied to normal recycling. Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of. Do not just dispose of these materials with your normal household waste, but make sure that they are collected for recycling.
