Start-up
You must initially engage the cooking surface, then the zone of heating:
• To engage, to start the function « keep warm » :

To select the desired heating zone Press key [+]

To select the desired heating zone Press key [+]
This function can be started independently on all the heating zone.
When the pan leaves the zone of cooking the "keep warm" function remains active during
approximately 10 minutes.
The maximum duration of maintenance to the heat is 2 hours.
Automatic cooking
All the cooking zones are equipped with an automatic "go and stop" cooking device. The cook-
ing zone starts at full power during a certain time, then reduces automatically its power on the
preselected level.

Control panel locking
