5.1 Connecting to the RS-232 line

This section explains the standard method for connecting the RS-232 line.

The following RS-232 interface connector is used for the module.

Use one of the following as a connector shell for the connection cable of the
module side.
• DDK Ltd.
Plug, shell: 17JE-23090-02 (D8A)(-CG)

To connect the module with a modem/TA when using modem function, install wiring as
specified for the modem/TA.
