Changing the room temperature for a few days only

The following energy saving options are available for times when you are not at
home:
& You can switch OFF central heating completely by turning the rotary program
selector to frost protection mode "Ç".
or
& You can set central heating to minimum energy consumption (e.g. to prevent
your houseplants from being damaged by frost). For this, select the holiday
program "j".
