5.4 IF_CONF: SDT for the configuration data of the CP
"Preferred mobile wireless networks"
In STEP 7, the corresponding data is located in the "Mobile wireless communications
settings" parameter area.

With IF_CONF_TS_Name only a TeleService server configured in STEP 7 can be changed
but no new one created. If you attempt to create the configuration of a TeleService server
with the block. the internal error 80E0 is output at TC_CONFIG.
